Item I received is not as described

A good amount of the products we sell at Pomade Club are home-made and often undergo changes in formulation as the manufacturer expands. It is common for an independent manufacturer to change their formulas as they grow and receive feedback from their customers in order to fine tune and adjust their product and its quality. This also includes the look and design of the product.

Item descriptions

Most of our product descriptions are provided from the manufacturer directly or from their official websites. Sometimes a manufacturer will change the information on their descriptions or they may reformulate the product and forget to change the description. Pomade Club will always make sure we have the most current item information directly from the manufacturer before the item is listed on our website.

We try our best to make sure the product description and list of ingredients match the actual current product, but sometimes a manufacturer may make changes to their formula without letting us know directly. We understand that some manufacturers do not have the capacity to contact distributors of the changes in their products and rely on us to follow them on social media to keep up to date with their products, but understandably, it can be hard for us to keep up with so many brands at a time.

Differences and Opinions

It is also very important to understand that what one manufacturer considers to be strong hold may not be true for someone else in a different state, country, or climate.  Same goes for different product attributes like shine, scent, and even things like whether a product is all-natural, vegan, toxic, or not.

For example; there may be evidence on the internet that an ingredient is healthy, but there may also be evidence that an ingredient is not healthy. In these cases one has no choice but to educate themselves and draw up their own conclusions from conflicting evidence found online.
