My tracking number doesn't work or update

We get many emails every day from customers asking why their tracking number doesn't work. Here is some information on the various shipment statuses found on your order tracking link.

1. Tracking Number Not Found

When you receive an email from our system with your tracking link, it just means that we just printed your shipping label for your package. It does not mean that the post office has picked up your package from our warehouse yet.

This means we just processed your order and the tracking number is still being processed through the carrier's system. We will now pack your items and get your order ready for pickup by the carrier.

2. Pre-Shipment Info Sent to USPS

This means your tracking number has been accepted and is now registered with the carrier. The package will be picked up soon. Please wait 24 hours for your tracking number to show activity. Please note that sometimes tracking information can take longer than 24 hours to appear. We do not send customers their tracking information unless their order will be physically shipped within 24 hours.

If it has been over 4 days and you have NOT received an email from us, that means that your order has shipped as normal and it should be on your way. Rather than relying on the tracking info, at this point, please refer to our delivery times for a more accurate estimated delivery date. Tracking numbers can remain stuck at this stage for weeks or until it is delivered. For more information please read item 6 below.

3 . Shipment Picked Up

This means your package has been picked up from our location or has been dropped off at the USPS docking station. It has not actually been processed or handled by a USPS employee...technically but it should be or will be. Please note that if your package is stuck at this stage for over 4 business days, it most likely means that it was not initially scanned and will not show any activity until it is delivered.

If it has been over 4 days and you have NOT received an email from us, that means that your order has shipped as normal and it should be on your way. Rather than relying on the tracking info, at this point, please refer to our delivery times for a more accurate estimated delivery date.

4 . Accepted or Arrived at USPS Origin Sort Facility (USA Orders)

This means your package has actually been physically scanned by an employee at our local post office. Your package is now on its way to your door! :)

5 . Accepted or Arrived at USPS Origin Sort Facility (International Orders)

This means your package has actually been physically scanned by an employee at our local post office. Your package is now on its way to your door! :)

All International orders shipped via Economy, Standard, or First Class Mail shipping method cannot be tracked online after it leaves the USA. Due to the many different Carriers around the world, It can only be tracked in the Carrier's internal systems.

Sometimes the last tracking activity will show from Los Angeles location if it is going to eastern countries such as Taiwan, Japan, etc. For Western countries, you will see last tracking activity from New York location in the USA.

Please continue to wait for your package. You will receive it within the estimated delivery time. If you have not received your item after 3 weeks, please view this article.

6. Tracking Stuck

If your tracking activity shows that the label was printed or it was picked up by the carrier, but nothing else, please do not worry. Lately we have noticed that several of our packages show no activity after it is picked up. Take the tracking below as an example:

Technically this means we only printed the shipping label and the post office has not received it. But lately, we have noticed that this is happening even though the package is actually in transit. We have been dealing with this problem for countless months, wondering what is going on, refunding customers and shipping orders out again only to recently find out that almost always the package still gets delivered, as you can see below:

As you can see, between the time we printed the label for this package and 15 days later when it got delivered, tracking shows nothing at all. Other times, tracking will show that it was picked up, and there will also be no activity until it is delivered, as you can also see below.

These are an excellent example of how the package is still in transit when it does not appear to be. If you are experiencing this with your tracking number, please trust that we did ship your package and it is on its way to you.

7. Extended Delays

Any activity that occurs after the package is picked up by the post office is out of our control. However, we can provide information that can further help.
