I have not received my item after 3 weeks

Please keep in mind that we are we are based in the USA and therefore shipping and delivery times may vary. You should receive your item soon. If you have not received your item, please wait the specified number of days in our delivery times page before contacting us. In the meantime, you may also contact your local post office to see if they are holding on to your item for some reason. Please also check with neighbors or relatives to see if they accepted your package and forgot to tell you.

Standard Shipping

If you choose a standard international shipping method, delivery time is usually 2 weeks, but it can take up to 45 days. If you cannot wait 45 days, please choose a faster shipping option next time. More information about delivery times is here.

Sometimes a customer will receive their order quickly (6-12 days) and other times they will get their order later (over 21 days). Sometimes you will get your order sooner than the order you or your friend placed last week. There is no way to know exactly how long economy or standard delivery will take. If you receive your order quickly, consider yourself lucky. Your package must have quickly passed through customs inspection, but please understand that you might not always get lucky and have your items delivered quickly every time. Standard delivery times still apply and there won't be much we can do until 40 days have passed.

Your patience is appreciated when choosing standard shipping. If you want your items delivered fast consistently, please choose Expedited/Priority Mail methods.

Expedited / Priority Shipping

Expedited / Priority international shipping is always fast. You may contact us if you have not received your item after just 1 week, rather than 30 days versus a standard shipping method. We will do all we can to make sure you receive your item as quickly as possible. 

Customs Inspection and Holding

Sometimes, customs will hold your package for various reasons. Unfortunately, customs will NOT contact you when there is a problem that is preventing your item from being delivered. For more information about this, read our Customs Holding article.
